The portal is a secure website that provides news, reports and resources to registered Missouri Lottery retailers.
Click "Create an Account" at the top right of the Retailer Portal page. You will be prompted to enter personal information in order to verify your identity. If you are unable to create an account this way, please contact your Lottery Sales Representative for assistance.
Please talk with the owner of your location or your Missouri Lottery Sales Representative to get access to the site.
Please click the "Forgot my password" link in the Login box after clicking "Retailer Login" and follow the instructions.
The Missouri Lottery's proceeds go to Missouri public education. "Your contribution to Missouri education" shows the amount the Missouri Lottery has contributed to Missouri education from your store or chain's total sales for the last 24 months.
The Missouri Lottery is proud to contribute 24.5% of all its sales revenue to Missouri education. Your contribution to Missouri education is 24.5% of your last 24 months' sales. Together we are making a difference for Missouri's youth.

Logos and other marketing materials are available in the "Marketing Materials" section of the website. To view these materials, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Missouri Lottery Retailer Portal.
- Click the "Marketing" link in the main navigation menu at the top of any page and select "Logos & Artwork".
A chain account includes access to reports and information for all of the retail locations owned or operated by one entity. A retail account only provides access to the information for one particular retail location, regardless of whether or not it is independently owned.
For purposes of accessing information through the Retailer Portal, retailers will be classified as follows:
- Chain Owner - The person, group or entity that holds majority ownership of a chain.
- Chain Administrator - The individual authorized to maintain a chain's Retailer Portal account as its head user. The chain administrator must be authorized by the chain owner to maintain the chain's portal account.
- Store Owner - The person, group or entity that holds majority ownership of an independent retail location.
- Store Manager - The individual holding the title of "Manager" at a retail location. The store manager must be authorized by the store owner to maintain the store's Retailer Portal account.
If you own your business, please follow these steps to add another user:
- Log in to the Missouri Lottery Retailer Portal.
- Click the "User Administration" link under "My Portal" in the top navigation.
- Click the "New" button at the bottom of the User information table.
- Complete the rest of the new user form, including a valid email address and role type.
- Click "Save".
If you own your business, please follow these steps to add another user:
- Log in to the Missouri Lottery Retailer Portal.
- Click the "Administration" link near the top right of the page.
- Click the "Add User" button at the left of the User Administration page.
- Choose a user type on the right of the form.
- If you choose Store Owner or Store Manager, choose a retail location from the Retailer ID dropdown menu. If you know the Missouri Lottery ID number for the retail location you may type it in the form.
- Complete the rest of the new user form, including a valid email address.
- Click Submit.
To edit a user, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Missouri Lottery Retailer Portal.
- Click the "User Administration" link under "My Portal" in the top navigation.
- Find the user you want to edit in the list.
- Click the information you would like to edit and type the new information directly into the table.
- Click "Save" when done.
Note: You cannot delete your own account and you cannot change the user type, Chain ID, Retailer ID or Login for the account. To change any of these items, please delete the account and create a new account. To have your account deleted, please call 1-866-MOLOTTERY (1-866-665-6883 toll free).
To delete a user, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Missouri Lottery Retailer Portal.
- Click the "User Administration" link under "My Portal" in the top navigation.
- Find the user you want to delete in the list.
- Click the red "X" icon on the left side of the user's row.
- To delete the user, click the "Delete" link in the bottom right of the form.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking "OK" in the confirmation box.
- If you have no other user edits to make at this time, click "Save".

To view Year-to-Date Sales, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Missouri Lottery Retailer Portal.
- Click "Reports" link under "My Portal" in the top navigation.
- Click the last tab on the right, labeled "Total Sales"
To perform a sales comparison, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Missouri Lottery Retailer Portal.
- Click "Reports" link under "My Portal" in the top navigation.
- Click the last tab on the right, labeled "Total Sales"
- Select a time span.
- Next to "Compare Dates," choose applicable start and end dates for the desired period.
- Click "SUBMIT."
- Sales comparisons will appear for years, quarters, months and weeks within the start and end dates entered.

a "hamburger button." When clicked, options will appear to
download the information in PDF, XML, CSV, TSV or Excel formats.
Select any of the listed options to download the information in
the desired format.
